Cut to the chase, here’s my take
This hotel has a great location, just a short walk to the university. The queen room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a small refrigerator. While the gym was decent, the noise from nearby nightlife was quite disruptive at times. Overall, an acceptable stay with a few bumps along the way.

Ideal Location with Friendly Staff
I had a great stay close to the University of Arizona. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I especially loved the breakfast buffet. it had a variety of delicious options to start the day. However, the communication regarding billing could be improved to avoid confusion.

The location is top-notch, just a short walk to the University of Arizona. The room felt spacious and had a comfortable layout. Enjoyed the lovely internal atrium. it really added to the hotel’s charm. The outdoor pool area was great for unwinding after busy days. Breakfast had a decent selection, but it cost extra, which was a bit disappointing. The main issue was noise. Even late at night, sounds from nearby bars were disturbing. Valet service seemed overwhelmed during peak times, leading to long waits. Housekeeping needed some improvement. we experienced issues like not enough towels and unnoticed maintenance requests. Would consider staying again but hope for better service next time.

I had a great time with my friends during our stay! We visited the amazing Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum and hiked at Sabino Canyon. The location is perfect, close to lots of restaurants, and the staff was super friendly.
The lounge service was disappointing since we had to pay for drinks. It wasn’t what I expect from a Marriott, especially considering the price we paid.

We loved the spacious room with two queen beds and the cozy internal atrium. It was a perfect base for exploring the nearby UofA campus, just a short walk away. A real highlight was the gym, which was well-equipped for a quick workout.
In my wife’s opinion, the parking fee was quite high for families.
